POTATO HERB AND PUMPKIN
  • Proof
  • Cut one line straight down the middle of the loaf (refer to diagram). Do not cut too deep
  • Spray with water
  • Sprinkle liberally with pumpkin seeds
 
OLIVE
  • Proof then cut two lines from end to end of the loaf with a 5cm gap between widest point (refer to diagram). Do not cut too deep
  • Spray with water
  • Sprinkle sparingly with mixed herbs and a pinch of rock salt. Place black sliced olives into the cuts.

  • Dust evenly with plain flour
  • Cut three lines down length of loaf (refer to diagram). Do not cut too deep

  • Cut as shown (the outside cuts, do NOT touch). Do not cut too deep
